I fear many USA Mail In Votes may get undelivered if they use only 1 regular stamp!

Plus, if one puts no Return Address, one might not even know it was not delivered maybe!

I put a regular stamp on it, with my Signature that was clearly demanded, with no Return Address as it was not asked for & I can't imagine needing it & I think that corner had other things printed there, but then I took my Vote envelope to pay for Certified & Mail it.My Receipt shows that I paid with a $.45 subtraction for my stamp, $2.95 for Certified, then another $1.10 "...First-Class Lg Env (Weight:0 Lb 1.80 Oz)..."

I greatly fear that many Voters may have their Vote undelivered for only using a regular stamp, then with no Return Address for them to even know it was not delivered!

Thank you for any good help & please be careful to learn before you Mail perhaps mistakenly & maybe need to take it to the Post Office to check it has enough Postage.

Also, if I'm mistaken & there is no problem, please help me know.
